Awarding Those Who Steward the River

Award recipients receive Bundy Ducks, one-of-a-kind native ducks carved from Indiana hardwoods from the Upper White River Watershed.

In recent years, organizations throughout central Indiana have stepped up to help the White River in numerous ways. The White River Alliance seeks to award these dedicated groups or individuals as a way to encourage the ongoing protection of our waterways. At the annual Stewardship Awards Celebration, award winners are recognized for their work and are presented with a Bundy Duck. Scroll down to see the awards categories and past winners!
Is your organization doing exceptional work to protect Central Indiana’s waterways or do you know of someone who is? Nominations for 2015 are currently being accepted and are due August 14. Click on the link below for submission details. Plan to join us at this year’s celebration, September 29 at The Crane Bay in downtown Indianapolis.
