Stream Sampling & Habitat Evaluation Events
RAFT has two types of events: Monthly Stream Sampling Events and Habitat Evaluation Events. During the Monthly Sampling Events volunteers collect water quality samples and measure the flow of local streams. Habitat Evaluation Events occur during the fall/winter months annually to evaluate the quality of local streams’ habitat while also picking up litter in the process.
