IDEM AND THE CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT (CSGP) REQUIRE A TRAINED INDIVIDUAL ON CONSTRUCTION SITES. This program is for contractors, inspectors, municipal employees, developers, and anyone else involved with permitted construction activities. The program consists of a ‘watch party’ of the EPA’s online course and our Local Issues Modules.
